All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from order date

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders have free shipping with tracking within the continental 48 states.

Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded.

Shipping is done through UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS which generally takes 4-5 days throughout the United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to check the status of your order once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours from your order date.

Missing Items

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! Please contact our support team to enquire if you would like either a refund or replacement for your order.

Damages

The Right Cartridge, Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
